KAFM Community Radio is a public access radio station serving Mesa County in Western Colorado.
KAFM went on-air in 1999 and is programmed by a passionate staff of over 130 volunteers. We are dedicated to the idea that radio should be accessible to anyone interested in programming and not just silver-tongued professionals interested in bland commercial radio offerings.
KAFM also offers live music in its Radio Room concert hall. We host at least one concert per month and broadcast portions of these concerts live on 88.1 as well as streaming on our web site at www.kafmradio.org.
